 NOTES:
 ~~~~~~
  I Have Used AR FLAGS "A","B","C","D" to Save Users' Choices of A Music File,
  and Flag "E" to Toggle Music ON or OFF. If You Currently Use Another Mod that
  Uses Either Flags "A","B","C","D", or "E", Then Use A Text Editor and Change
  Flag Letters to Different Letters Respectively...
  Heres a List of AR Flag I Used:
       (1) +A-B-C-D     (5) -A-B+C+D     (9) -A+B-C+D    (13) -A-B+C-D
       (2) +A+B-C-D     (6) -A-B-C+D    (10) +A-B-C+D    (14) +A-B+C+D
       (3) +A+B+C-D     (7) -A+B+C-D    (11) +A+B-C+D    (15) +A+B+C+D
       (4) -A+B+C+D     (8) -A+B-C-D    (12) +A-B+C-D    (16) -A-B-C-D
                          (17) !E (+E OR -E)
  The Way How This Mod Will Work Depends On User's ANSI Driver, His
   Telecommunication Software, and Size of ANSI Music File... You
   Probably Will Have to Make Music Files Shorter!
  Get Program Melody Maker or A3E Draw to Create ANSI Music Files
   (I Have Used JukeBox Screen and Music Files From Melody Maker)
  I Suggest You That You Replace *.ANS + *.MUS Files With Your Own to Fit
   Your BBS.
