Deleting a Filter

You delete a filter from a PortMaster or a configuration file when it no longer suits your filtering needs.

To delete a filter, follow these steps:

1. If you haven't done so, read filters from a source.
   

2. From the Source pulldown list, select a PortMaster product on which a filter resides.
   
3. From the Filters list, select the filter you want to delete.
   
4. From the Filters menu, select "Delete Filter."
   
   A confirmation window appears.
   
   
5. Click Yes.
