Exporting Filters to a ChoiceNet File

You export filters to a ChoiceNet file when you have an existing filter on a PortMaster and want to use it with ChoiceNet. To export filters to a ChoiceNet file, follow these steps:

1. If you haven't done so, read filters from a source.
   

2. From the Source pulldown list, select a PortMaster product on which a filter resides.
   
3. From the Filter pulldown list, select the filter you want to export.
   
4. From the File menu, select "Export Filter to ChoiceNet File..."
   
   A file selection window appears.
   
   
5. Select or specify a ChoiceNet file.
   
6. Click Save.
