IPX Rules
The following settings set define the filtering rules for IPX packets:

Select rule action |
Permit allows a packet that matches the filter to pass through the interface. Deny stops a packet that matches the filter from passing through the interface. |

Source Network |
Specifies the comparison with the source IPX network number contained in the packet. |

Destination Network |
Specifies the comparison with destination IPX network number contained in the packet. |

Source Socket |
Specifies that the source IPX socket number contained in the packet must be compared with the IPX socket number specified in the filter. A mode of comparison is indicated by equal to (=), greater than (<), or smaller than (>). |

Destination Socket |
Specifies that the destination IPX socket number contained in the packet muyst be compared with the IPX socket number specified in the filter. A mode of comparison is indicated by equal to (=), greater than (<), or smaller than (>). |

Source Host |
Specifies the comparison with the source IPX node address contained in the packet. |
|
Destination Host |
Specifies the comparison with the destination IPX node address contained in the packet. |
