Offer applies to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the U.S. and Canada only. Offer applies to the purchase of a new PortMaster 3A-2T with a minimum of 48 modems. This offer is intended for customers deploying PortMaster 3s. Customers reselling PortMaster 3s are not eligible for rebate. Option 1 may only be applied to units purchased from or its authorized resellers. Only one Option 1 Trade Up unit may be applied to the purchase of a single PortMaster 3A-2T with 48 modems, but there is no limit to the number of one-for-one Option 1 Trade Ups allowed for the duration of the program. Your unique authorization number will be provided to you by mail. After deinstalling your existing communication server and modem equipment eligible for Option 1, pack it with your PortMaster 3 original invoice (copies not accepted) in a shipping box. Place the Lucent-provided address label on your shipping box. If you have more than one box to ship (e.g., for modems, terminal adapters, or additional communication servers), clearly mark your authorization number on the outside of each box.
