T3 LEDs

In general any fault status will be shown by a flashing amber LED. A solid amber LED implies a download or upgrade in progress while
a solid green LED indicates normal operation. Here are the specific codes for each LED type. All of these assume power is on, unless indicated.

Controller Board

Controller LED	Controller Status
	At EEPROM level with bootmode=none or controller is not recognized
	Controller OK
	Initialization, shutdown or firmware download
	Failure to initialize, no boot code or hardware fault or failure.

Fibre Channel

UIC

		Power is off and no AC power present
		Power is off and low power is up (fans at low speed and 5V DC is up)
