T3 LEDs

In general any fault status will be shown by a flashing amber LED. A solid amber LED implies a download or upgrade in progress while
a solid green LED indicates normal operation. Here are the specific codes for each LED type. All of these assume power is on, unless indicated.

Controller Board

off At EEPROM level with bootmode=none or controller is not recognized
solid green Controller OK
solid amber Initialization, shutdown or firmware download
blinking amber Failure to initialize, no boot code or hardware fault or failure.

Fibre Channel

Fibre Channel LED
Fibre Channel Status
off Fibre Channel disabled
solid green Fibre Channel enabled and inactive
blinking green Fibre Channel enabled and active

UIC

solid green IC ok, Cable ok

blinking amber IC hardware fault or failure

PCM

at low speed and 5V DC is up)
