These are EPROMs (and one EEPROM, U5) from the CPU board of a Williams Telephone Co. Wiltelco 5000 pay phone.
All chips read 2024-01-09
U1-U5 are on a carrier board that plugs into the CPU board's long pin headers. 
The ASAP chip (Answering Supervision Analog Processor) is processor U12, and the ASAP's program ROM is U35 on the main CPU board.
