RELEASE NOTES FOR PRI25343.HXP

1. PRI code now supports V.110 call detection. 
	- This version uses the BEARER CAPIBILTY of the CALL SETUP MESSAGE to 
		determine if the call is V.110
	- speeds supported are 19200,9600,4800,2400.
		
* NOTE *
	V.110 will not work without the following
		1. Modem code 2.10e or greater
		2. Controller code 2.43.d20 or greater
		3. Calling device must send V.110 in Bearer Capibility of Call Setup message

		
2. Modem code will be auto detecting the speed .
		- it will begin looking for V.110 @ 19200 for 3 seconds
		- it will then look for 9600 for 4 seconds
		- it will then look for 4800 for 6 seconds 
		- it will then look for 2400 for 6 seconds
		- call will end if V.110 cannot be established within 17 seconds.

3. V.110 calls are identified to RAS as ANALOG calls, so it knows to expect a connection from
	a modem.
	



Other changes:

1. Fix OOS control when modem Does ATH1. PRI will not send Hangup to modem if OOS with ATH1
2. Calling party information is now sent to controller for Dial out.
