Flash Upgrading a MT5692SMI product with new patch file.

1. Open a Terminal program (such as TeraTerm).

2. Set up as 115200 8N1 Hardware Flow Control.

3. Issue AT&F<CR>, responds "OK".

4. Issue ATI4<CR>, responds with patch version (such as 1.01j).
    "Multi-Tech Systems, Inc.
     MT5692SMI
     1.01j
     Global
     OK"

5. Issue AT**<CR>, wait for "Download initiated .."

6. Send loader file NVHAR2.S37. In TeraTerm - File - Send File ..

7. Shows line of dots, then wait for
    "CX93002 NV_Ram UpLoader - REV 0C
     Upload NV_Ram Data .."

8. Send new patch file, example IWQG101L.HEX. In TeraTerm - File - Send File ..

9. Shows many lines of dots, then wait for
    "Upload successfully completed"

10. Issue AT+GCI=B5<CR>, responds OK.

11. Issue AT&F&W0&W1Z<CR>, responds OK.

12. Issue ATI4<CR>, responds with new patch version.
