This document outlines the method to upgrade an MT100SEM-IP to V0.22E1.

NOTE: Before you can begin the upgrade you must download Multi-Tech's Flash Wizard Utility(Version 3.x or greater)
and a compressed file containing the firmware in a hex-formatted file .  Also, If the device contains a configuration and
you wish to retain the settings, you are required to save these settings prior to the upgrade because the upgrade will 
factory default the device.  Use a method that suits best for retrieval and storage of the set parameters.

Procedure For Upgrade:

1.)  Install the Flash Wizard application into a Windows OS,
2.) Place(copy) the HEX file into the Flash Wizard Installation 
     directory(i.e. \Program Files\MultiTech Systems\Flash Wizard).
3.) Connect the device to the PC now and begin the Flash Wizard utility.  The MT100SEM-IP should be found to 
      exist on the local comm port and the utility should then indicate the currently installed version of firmware. 
     (If no device is found, the communications port is non-functional or the MT100SEM-IP is not powered or 
     defective.  Verify connections and communications port functionality and re-try this step until the device can be 
      found.)
4.) Verify the MT100SEM is the device found and the selected HEX file is correct.
5.) Select 'Next' and the flash process will begin.  When complete, you will be informed upon completion of the 
      success or failure of the programming.


Firmware V0.22E1 should now be loaded and running on the MT100SEM-IP.
