This release is to fix a problem where TIFF files that don't specify fill order get
the wrong default for the fill order and so the fax is garbled when sent using ffsend.

It includes the following changes from 1.9.5.

-- the outlook fix to handle situations where the some fields can't be read from an outlook contact
-- the extra black ice debugging for situations where capture doesn't stop.
-- the cover page now uses a numeric month instead of an English abbreviation.
