MT5634ZPW driver disk

The drivers on this diskette are designed for use with Windows 95
and Windows 98 only. They have not been approved for Windows NT. 

Please follow the instructions below to ensure proper installation of
your MultiTech Systems MT5634ZPW or MT5634ZPW-PCI modem.

A. If you do not already have a MT5634ZPW modem installed:
	
	1. Shut Down and power off your computer

	2. Install the modem into an empty ISA or PCI slot

	3. Turn on the computer and boot into Windows95/98

	4. The New Hardware Found box will display on screen
	and prompt you to install a driver for your device

	5. Do not attempt to install a driver at this time.
	Click on CANCEL to allow Windows to continue loading.  
	
	6. Insert the Setup disk into your floppy drive.

	7. Run the self-extracting setup file 56ZPW.EXE

	8. Follow all instructions in the Setup program

	9. Restart the computer when Setup has completed

When Windows95/98 re-starts it will display the New Hardware Found 
box again and proceed to load drivers for the Modem and Voice Modem 
Wave Device. The modem should then be installed and ready for use.

B. If you already have a MT5634ZPW modem installed:
	
	1. Insert the Setup disk into your floppy drive.

	2. Run the self-extracting setup file 56ZPW.EXE

	3. Follow all instructions in the Setup program

	4. Restart the computer when Setup has completed

The Setup program removes old drivers and registry entries for 
the MT5634ZPW. When Windows95/98 re-starts it will display the 
New Hardware Found box and proceed to load drivers for the Modem 
and Voice Modem Wave Device. The modem should then be installed 
and ready for use.
