The ISIHP30 is different from other Multi Tech ISI products.  This
card is passive where as the other cards are active.

When the ISI HP 30 is installed into NT, four files are added to the
computer.  Their name, location and general purpose is listed below.

1) HPsetup.dll (winnt\system32), used to configure the card.
2) MTSWANAP.cpl (winnt\system32), used to provide control panel applet.
3) MTSWAN.sys (winnt\system32\drivers), controls PRI stack, handles
ISDN calls, directs analog calls to modems, provides async ports to OS,
provide NDIS ports to NT's RAS.
4) ARMCSM (winnt\system32\drivers), Firmware file loaded into each V90
modem.

There is no flash utility to update the modems.  If the modems are
to get updated, a different ARMCSM file would have to be copied into
the apropriate folder.
