MR4800E CONTROLLER UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE No. 1: To determine the level of controller firmware,
telnet to your controller, log in, and type "ver".  For more information 
on UPDATE type "readme" at the controller prompt.


To Update Controller Code

1. FTP the .HXC file that came with this file onto the B: drive 
of the controller.  Make sure the drive has enough room for the 
file or it will become corrupt.  

2. Telnet or connect to the controller with the RS-232 port, and 
change directory to the B: drive.  Check the file size against 
the one downloaded (version 5.54 is 1,945,938).

3. Type "update filename.hxc".  You will be prompted for verification
that you want to update the controller, then after typing "Y" the 
controller will update and display the progress.
