Release Notes for MT9234SMI firmware version 1.02k to 1.02o.

1) Fixed callback security issue where the inactivity timer would expire and cause commands to ERROR.
2) Fixed a fall back issue so that when noise is added in one direction with the TAS, the speed on only that 
modem falls not both modem speeds.
3) Fixed issue where modem would not fall forward after TAS noise was removed.
4) Fixed $LL1 command to connect per V.34 LL specification 11.8.
5) Added AT*D command capability for FF product line.
6) Added INTL3 and INTL4 support to AT+GCI command.
7) After power up the calling tone level was 43, but after a data CONNECT (with +MS=V92 set) the calling tone level would 
drop to 34. This has been fixed to remain at 43.
8) Issue noticed where atdtxxxxCRLF in 7O1 using MEWTERM would abort call. Code fixed so now CRLF or LFCR 
in 8N1, 7E1 or 7O1 all work.
9) "Motorboat" issue fixed. Issue noticed by hand and with certain software, where they issue ATA during the ring tone 
and RI asserted, the modem would emit a strange answer tone sounding like a motorboat.
10) Fixed *H (on hook delay) so that ATZ does not cause modem to go on hook during delay.
11) Fax fixes that are tested in fax regression testing.
12) When AT+FCLASS is greater than 0, code added to make sure ATZ or ATH actually hang up.
13) Added code to not hang up if AT&F is issued.
14) Make change so NO CARRIER is displayed if not escaped and V.42 disconnect.
15) Added flow control fix to do auto flow control for faxing in FaxFinders.
