If you wish to use the Phone Dialer program, please download and use this driver instead as it
 has a fix for an issue in Windows XP and the Phone Dialer program:

By default, this will extract to your Windows\Temp or the user specific temp folder in the
Documents and Settings directory. You may then install the modem using the manual option
and Browsing to the Temp folder, or use the Driver Update button and browse to the Temp folder.
