If you are trying to re-install the USB modem driver it is best
to completely remove the old driver first.

To clean up a system from a bad USB installation:

1) Run the USBscrub.exe utility.
2) Run the USBlist.exe program, select all devices found, and delete them.
  - USBlist searches for all possible Multi-Tech USB devices and presents
a list of what was found. Devices can then be selected from the list
and deleted. Only devices with a Multi-Tech vendor ID, which is 06E0,
can be deleted. Devices are presented in the list by product ID not
by model number. Some current product IDs are:

	F101 MT5634ZBA-USB with old firmware
	F103 MT5634MU
	F104 MT5634ZBA-USB with new firmware
	F107 MT5634ZBA-USB-V92

3) Use Windows Explorer to open the Windows\INF\Other folder*
4) Delete any of these drivers: Moore Computer Consultants Inc, ATLASVX.inf,
ATLASWD.inf, MTSUSB.inf, MDMMTUSB.inf, 5634USB.inf
5) Now reboot the computer and begin the new installation.
