Installation instructions for MultiVOIP GSM software vs 15.12.2A

1. Run mvp15122A.exe to unzip the install files. The install files will be
   unzipped to the directory C:\mvp15122A.

2. Go to the folder C:\mvp15122A\disk1 and run setup.exe to install the 
   software to the pc. Accept the default installation folder and program
   group name. When prompted, select the comm. port that you will use with 
   the MultiVOIP.  Click "No" when asked if you would like to run
   configuration.

Upgrading MVPGSM with v15.12.2A firmware

1. Connect the MVPGSM to the PC comm. port and power it on.
   When the boot light is off, go to step 2.

2. Run Start->Programs->MultiVOIP 15.12->Upgrade Software.
   The MVPGSM will respond with "Upgrade will reboot the Multivoip". Click OK.
The One Step Upgrade screen will be displayed. Verify that the box next to  Upgrade Firmware is checked and, under Load Factory Defaults section, select any configuration items where factory default settings are desired. Configuration items not checked will retain their previous settings. Click OK to proceed with the upgrade. The upgrade will take a few minutes to complete.  When the boot light goes out, the upgrade has finished.

3. Run Start->Programs->MultiVOIP 15.12->Configuration and
   configure the MultiVOIP for your application. If you retained 
your previous configuration in step 2, you should only have to review your settings. 

4. The upgrade is complete.

FTP upgrade instructions.

1. Verify that there is a Username and Password set in the MVPGSM2. 

2. Download the file "mvpt1ftp.bin" from C:\Program Files\Multi-Tech Systems\MultiVOIP 15.11 to the MVPGSM using a FTP client.
