The MTSUSB_Rel2.2_20080307.zip supports Windows Vista (All Distributions) using the 
Vista Driver, and supports Windows XP (All Distributions), Windows 2003 Server, 
Windows 2003 Server 64-bit using the XP Driver.


To use, unzip the contents of the download into a directory on the target machine. 
Plug in the TI-based USB device. When prompted, perform a manual install pointing
 at the directory containing the correct driver for the target operating system. 

Three things need to be installed for the modem to become operational: 1. the USB driver, 
2. the serial port and 3. the modem.
