These file will update the MT5634ZBA-USB modem to work on both a standard
USB equiped PC or USB equiped Macintosh (iMAC or G3).

These steps must be executed from a Windows based PC.

1> Execute the Flash32.exe file.  It will go out and find your modem.  
2> Direct the program to the file that this readme file is found, and
instruct it to use the ZUSB517B.HEX file.
3> After flashing the modem, you will need to disconnect the USB cable
from the modem.  Upon re-inserting the USB cable Windows will have found
new hardware.  Have Windows use the Drivers that are found in the same 
directory as this readme file.

Your modem has now been upgraded to work on either a Windows PC or Mac.
