* Changed activation to support Regional CDMA carriers. (AT+CDV*22899 changed to AT+CDV*228)
* Rolled regional carrier activation support into the main version by adding a popup for carrier selection after clicking Activate for Verizon modems.
* Added support for sending SMS messages from the terminal. Due to how Connection Manager handles keyboard shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl-Z for undo), the user must press F5 to send the Ctrl-Z character to send the SMS. Pressing ESC works the same way as other terminals for aborting the text. Connection Manager monitors the terminal input for the AT+CMGS command. If the user issues that command, a popup appears with the instructions about pressing F5 or ESC to send or abort the text.

* Software not supported on 64-bit version of Windows 2003 Server
* May have issues communicating with device through connection manager after operating system come out of sleep/suspend mode.  May need to unplug device and plug back in.
* May see intermittent disconnects with keepalive enabled
* Have seen incidents during Driver Software Installations where "Device Unplugged" error and "Device driver software was not successfully installed" comment appears but the installed device still works.
